A different kind of sis
好久没玩得那么开心了。
Today after church went out with Xiu Jing. She's officially starting work at SGH after graduating from a UK uni with a medicine degree. Good for her. But she needed work clothes, so we went shopping for it, at Bugis G2000. I never shopped there, cuz the clothes are like not my age, and the prices are a bit high ar... but i realised today the clothes there can be pretty nice when you match this and that. =) Oh well. She got her clothes, and she helped me shop for earrings. It was very fun looking closely at the display. I bought 3 (oops... hee.), one which Xiu jing likes alot alot, a square aquamarine gem small dangly earring... and i bought some scrunchies and matching pins (hahaha.). But we had fun. At least i did. Xiu Jing has been arnd for a while. Forget when was the first time, but remember 姐 introducing her to me. She's 姐's RGS classmate and one of her cliques... she's also Yu Ting's RJC classmate... and good fren. i tink Yu Ting brought her to church, not very sure. Anyway, been hanging arnd quite alot, because 姐 got meeting and this and that, so we end up spending alot of time together every sunday, and i sit with her during sermon cuz 姐 this month 领诗 at Teens. She's very easy to talk to, very very nice. She's always telling me stories of 姐 in their sec sch days, and how they use to have sleepovers at 姐's place cuz her house is the only one that can house everyone. She always tells me abt her life when she went to UK to study, and her JC days... and her younger brother, who studied in TJ. Haha... There was once we went up to 3rd storey to look for 姐 before we left, cuz she having meeting. When xiaomei laoshi saw us, she said "oh, 你现在多了个姐姐？"... later in the lift i explained to xiu jing how i started calling 姐, 姐 etc. Than i told her how i always wanted a big bro or a big sis...And she suddenly said "Oh. i always wanted a younger sister too! Than can go shopping together etc..." haha. she so cute, den we both started laughing. "so xiaomei laoshi was right?" hahaha... den i couldn help thinking how she and 姐 balances up. Cuz 姐 is more serious, you can look for her when u need help, and she very 疼 me, always look after me. Xiu Jing is so fun, she's a very different kind of sis. The kind you can really go shopping with, go into those small accessories shop with, and look thru small small things. Go shopping together, and just talk talk talk abt everything under the sun... And she likes pink too! The 2nd person other than Jamie i found that likes pink. (But she said if u asked 姐 she would say she likes green... cuz she was 'green' back in sec sch days.) We would point out the same pink flower earring at the same time, she would hold the earrings up to my ear and tell me this is nice... she would help me find matching stuff etc. haha... Oh. i wanna go send her an sms wishing her all the best for her first day at work. i'm sure she'll be a great doctor soon enuf. =) P.S Sighz... everyone is going for church camp, even 姐！ *sobz* and i'll be freezing to death in china...
